Established legal principles are being replaced by political doctrine. Employees are ordered to add email signature lines with political speech. Religious messages are integrated with press releases and administrative communications. Employees are restricted in what established laws and legal liabilities they may apply. Discrimination in property appraisals and redlining has been declared not discrimination. Discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, and marital status is no longer protected. The morale of dedicated employees is on life support. Where are the senior career managers and members of Congress telling employees not to follow illegal civil rights related orders?
